Project Details:

Lighthouse was contracted to provide electrical services for the renovation and expansion of the existing H&M clothing store at 100 Newbury Street in Boston. The phased project allowed for H&M keep the retail floor operational throughout the project. The project entailed installation of a new electrical room, as well as an expansive lighting package that showcases the clothing and floor space. In early project phases, Lighthouse provided installations after-hours, so as to not disrupt H&M’s operations, since much of the conduit work was being installed in adjacent retail spaces. As each phase was completed, the newly renovated space was turned over H&M, allowing the retailer to conduct operations immediately.
